1. Customer Service Representative
Branded and Private Label Division Responsibilities include:  working closely with our Sales Representatives on a daily basis; purchase order entry; follow-up on delivery, price points and insure that the orders are being shipped properly and on time.  Private Label Customer  Service  reps are also involved in communicating directly with the factories and clients, managing samples, etc. Requirements include: Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficient with all Microsoft office applications, well organized, and detailed oriented.  College Degree is necessary with experience in Footwear, Cosmetics or related areas in allocation, retail, assistant buying.
2. Women’s Footwear Designer
Requirements include: Current experience designing women’s shoes with sketching technical specing abilities; previous travel to China, South America, etc.
3. Men’s Footwear Designer
Requirements include: Current experience designing men’s shoes with sketching and technical specing abilities; previous travel to China, South America, etc.
4. IT Work Desk Support Technician
Responsibilities include: Troubleshoot and resolve all aspects of workstation support including all PC hardware (MAC experience is a plus), Windows XP OS, LAN Connectivity and many desktop applications including MS Office and MSIE. Support includes workstation install and connectivity to peripherals including local and network printers and multifunction systems.
Requirements include: Computer Science Degree; strong knowledge of PC’s and MACs
5. Permanent Part Time Customer Service Representative
Requirements include: Support the Frye Direct team
