1. Product Development Manager
Requirements include: Experience in Footwear product development with expertise in shoe making and materials; must have worked with better leather and traveled overseas; 5+ years in senior product development of accessories (footwear a major plus). Submit resume: Kathy.Schreiner@jimlar.com
2. Mens Sales Representative - Private Label Division
Responsibilities include:
Manages key accounts; customer focused with excellent sales & management abilities
Must understand men’s product from identifying “big shoes” and managing and growing account base
Conduct presentation of line
Consistent communication (both verbal & written) and follow-up skills with buyers, merchandise managers, designers, factories
Manage price negotiations
Follow-up on specifications and product details
Consistent high level of Customer Service skills
Analyze business to strategize growth and identify merchandise trends
Proficient line builder and product developer

Requirements include:
Min 5 years experience in PL Footwear Sales
Excellent negotiation and analytical skills
Line Builder / Product Development experience
Excellent communication (written & verbal) skills
Proficient PC skills
College Graduate
Ability to travel
3. Public Relations Manager
Requirements include: Professional, experience as a PR Manager with a background in footwear, accessory or Fashion industry; Minimum 5 years in PR including strategic planning, budgeting and hands-on implementation of PR programs. Submit resume: Kathy.Schreiner@jimlar.com
4. Women’s Footwear Designers
Requirements include: There are several design opportunities including comfort, casual and dress footwear; current experience designing women’s shoes, must have excellent sketching abilities as well as technical specing abilities; previous travel to China a plus, and more. Logistics Associate
Specific Experience/Skills:
U.S., Canada and EU HTS classification for footwear, handbags, leather and other areas.
U.S. import and export customs and regulatory compliance and record keeping.
Shipping through all modes of international traffic with specific experience in ocean and air freight for China to U.S. trade.
International trade documentation creation and handling including bills of lading, commercial invoices, letters of credit, certificates of
  origin, etc.
Domestic transportation via small parcel carriers, LTL & FTL, rail and domestic airfreight.
Freight invoice auditing and payment management.
Transportation management systems.
Warehouse operations and best practices.
Manufacturing, production planning and other areas of supply chain management.

Requirements include:
Knowledge of MS Excel, Access and Word.
Ability to synthesize data from multiple print and electronic sources into one.
Ability to analyze print and electronic documents and data for relevant details and critical information.
Acute attention to detail, organized and experienced with record keeping and file maintenance.
Able to clearly provide data, information and instructions through e-mail, via telephone and in person.
Able to work effectively with other department members, internal and external partners, and other global business associates and
  vendors.
Able to handle a variety of logistics-related tasks in a multi-tasking, fast paced and deadline-oriented environment.
Experience in an AS/400 environment.
Foreign language skills in Mandarin, Spanish or Italian.

8. FIT Model/Assistant

Here at Jimlar, we value the importance of education and working experience. Together we have created a comprehensive Internship program which allows students in all fields of Business and Fashion studies to gain hands-on experience in their future Careers.

This program has been crafted and designed for Interns to be exposed to and participate in day to day activities. Outstanding performance during this period has gained some students entry level positions at the completion of their program.
